After just a short few years, the company managed to upgrade its status to DCS CHICKEN SDN BHD and is now located at Pandan Indah Industrial. Aside from being validated by the Food Safety and Quality System, our facility is also certified by the Halal Management Division of JAKIM as being compliant with the Syariah requirements for Halal slaughtering of chickens. All slaughtering (cutting chicken) process comply with Islamic laws and practices. DCS CHICKEN services include processing, wholesaling and delivering, which enables our customers to enjoy a wide range of chicken products at wholesale prices. Freshly chicken are hygienically packed according to our customer preferences.

Our facility is equipped with automated slaughter machinery to ensure efficiency when it comes to a high volume production while maintaining the standard operating procedure (SOP). With the use of our modern slaughtering technologies, our products can always obtain consistent quality to meet our customers� requirements.

DCS CHICKEN has several trustworthy chicken farms that will deliver live and healthy chickens to our factory daily. This not only guarantees the freshness of our products but also ensures that the supply is sufficient.
All of DCS CHICKEN factory staff are properly trained and qualified individuals. They are required to attend a formal Food-handling training course under the Food Safety Academy - SLPM (Sekolah Latihan Pengendali Makanan) that is recognised by the Ministry of Health, Malaysia. The butchers, on the other hand, are required to go through a butcher credential course which includes an oral, written, and practical examination to become certified butchers before they are allowed to handle the slaughtering process in our factory.
We are extremely strict with the hygiene and conduct of all of our workers. Hence, all of them are given appropriate uniforms that suit the working condition in the processing site to safeguard our hygiene and safety systems.
Customers are always our number one priority. Our company is consistently on the go to improve our business� SOP, services, and products so that our existing customers are always satisfied and happy. DCS CHICKEN also operates on a daily basis to make sure there is sufficient and efficient supply to our beloved customers.
Apart from Halal Certification, our company is also awarded the MeSTI (Makanan Selamat Tanggungjawab Industri) certificate by the Ministry of Health, Malaysia as we fulfil all the terms and conditions for this skim.
Factory workers are all certified under the RUHA consultancy, a Food Safety Academy recognised by the Ministry of Health, Malaysia. Our butchers likewise, are certified under Bahagian Pengurusan Halal, Jabatan Agama Islam Selangor.
Before slaughtering, careful inspection of the physical condition of the chicken will be done first. Only good condition chickens are chosen to be slaughtered. Carefully selected chickens will then be hung upside down to go through the water bath stunner machine at a specific voltage of calming, which is followed lastly, by slaughtering.
Cleaned chicken will go through another machine that removes their feathers entirely. Our trained workers will then complete the process by checking each and every chicken, to ensure that the chickens are properly processed.
The well-processed chicken will then be sent to another room for workers to work on the cutting and dividing of chicken parts before they proceed with the packaging.
The final stage is freezing. All packaged chicken products will be placed in a specially designed pallet and stored properly in the freezer room to maintain their freshness and quality before delivering to respective customers.
Refrigerated trucks will be used for all delivery purposes to make sure that our products are delivered to customers in good condition.
